Irena’s distinguished background and extensive experience are unquestionable, but what truly resonates with her clients is her genuine pursuit of meaningful connection and her dedication to empowering others to embrace their true potential.
Irena is originally from Ukraine, and her warmth, strength, and unmistakable presence reflect the bold spirit of her roots. Irena is deeply committed to delivering thoughtful, results-driven care that supports your confidence, vitality, and long-term wellbeing. Every treatment is approached with intention, precision, and an unwavering dedication to your desired outcome. She is a Family Nurse Practitioner, mother of three—Chloe, Maxwell, and Esther—and co-owner of The Perfect Secret, Scottsdale’s premier luxury med spa.

Although his background is in sales, marketing, and finance, Matthew’s greatest passion is service, reflected in every aspect of your sojourn at their aesthetic sanctuary.
Matthew has a great passion and affinity for cultivating relationships and empowering others to maximize their true potential. He is deeply passionate about fitness, wellness, and the science of biohacking, always seeking new ways to optimize performance and longevity. A true family man, he enjoys watching the UFC and Arizona Cardinals with his wife and three children (whenever they’re willing to join), and taking day trips with the family to Northern Arizona.
